We’ve looked at a lot of swimming pools in our time. They come in all shapes, sizes and design, but every once in a while you see a swimming pool that just blows you away. Here is our list of some of the top pools we think should be included in everyone bucket list to go swim in!

1. San Alfonso del Mar, Chile

The San Alfonso del Mar is currently the largest crystalline water pool. The pool holds more than 250 million liters of water and stretches for over a kilometer, covering 8 hectares. It’s so large, you can even rent sail boats to ride in the pool.

2. Huvafen Fushi, Maldives

This fabulous infinity pool looks spectacular at night, with its underwater fibre optic lights, lighting the pool up under the night sky. The Huvafen Fushi is definitely on resort you should visit!

Ever wanted to see elephants in their natural habit? Well now you can from this spectacular pool at the Four Seasons Safari Lodge Serengeti. Watch the elephants roam in the nearby watering hole whilst you swim in the pool.

4. The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai, Hawaii

Carved out of the natural lava rock, the 1.8 million gallon pool is made up of both fresh and ocean water. Guests are free to swimming amongst the 3000 different fish that reside in this pool, making it one of our top pools to visit.

5. The Oberoi Udaivilas, India

This spectaular pool at The Oberoi Udaivilas allows visitors to access the pool directly from their private rooms and certainly should be in everyone’s top ten pools to visit.

6. Marden Palace, Turkey

Even on a busy day, the pool at Marden Palace is so large, that it won’t feel crowded. Even better still, if you fancy a taste of something other than the pool instead, the hotel has it’s own private beach for it’s guests!
