Our commitment
This statement is made pursuant to Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes XL Pools Ltd’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 2026.
XL Pools Ltd is a swimming pool design, construction and maintenance company operating throughout Kent and the South East of England. We employ a dedicated team of professionals and work with a carefully selected network of suppliers, manufacturers and specialist subcontractors.
As part of our commitment to preventing modern slavery, we undertake due diligence when engaging new suppliers and periodically review existing supplier relationships. Our assessments consider factors such as the nature of the services provided, geographic location, and potential labour-related risks.
Where concerns are identified, we will work with suppliers to address them and, where necessary, review the ongoing suitability of the relationship.
We expect all suppliers and subcontractors to comply with applicable employment and human rights legislation and to take appropriate steps to ensure that forced labour, child labour, human trafficking and other forms of exploitation do not occur within their operations or supply chains.
