The property utilises a highly efficient and environmentally friendly ground source heat pump (GSHP) system to heat the pool and pool building. Compared to traditional boiler systems, GSHPs offer numerous advantages; GSHPs do not release harmful pollutants, improving air quality. Additionally, the stable ground temperature allows for consistent heating and cooling year-round, even in extreme weather. Furthermore, the quiet operation of the GSHP system creates a more peaceful environment, which is ideal for this property.
