Following on from telephone, in person and home visits, with our Director Anthony Exell we listened to our client’s thoughts, ideas, plans and were able to bring to life the oriental and dark themes that effectively enhanced and characterised the already in place interior design within their already incredible and beautiful home. Knowing how important customer relations are when investing into a pool of our standards, the team project managed from start to finish and kept in contact throughout. The aftercare offered by the company was also explained in detail. We are sure you will agree that the oriental look has a special magnetism to it, the scene draws you in to look in more depth.
Our client was originally going to go with a much lighter pool, but we detailed the benefits of having a darker colour that would better suit what they were looking for. They were extremely happy with their final decision, as were we as a company. The added cobra water feature was a breathtaking touch and helped symbolize the oriental waterfalls and water features that you would see at a Koi Pond. The oriental sceneries offer a very symmetrical and aesthetically pleasing and peaceful area for the family swimmers and non-swimmers alike. With the use of a drone, we were able to capture all pool areas in an excellent light, resulting in a peaceful and tranquil environment for everyone.
The final result is captivating and unlike any other project previously undertaken by XL Pools.
The pool itself is dark anthracite which compliments the dusky stone surround which is partnered with rich natural colours and crystal-clear water. The pool is controlled by the freshwater system which, in turn, helps to eliminate the bacteria and algae that can be present in pools. Further extensive benefits of a freshwater system include protection for sensitive skin.
With over 20 years of experience, the team here at XL Pools collaborate together to see the completed installation through within 6 weeks where obstacles such as adverse weather and a global pandemic are dealt with and overcome.
