I’ve been delighted with the services provided by XL Pools since the first conversation we had 3 years ago, the installation and ongoing maintenance services. They have provided a quality service, the installation was completed when I requested it and they delivered it on time and kept the site tidy and organised. I was especially pleased with the paving installation. The product choice was good and they got me the colour I wanted on time. It’s a high quality pool that has been easy to maintain. Since the installation, maintenance has been good and they provide a flexible service schedule that meets my needs. Overall it’s been an excellent experience.

XL Pools had a very strict position to adhere to in order for the surrounding landscape plan to work and XL Pools went above and beyond to plan and execute it. A fab team where there was always someone to talk to when required who found solutions not problems - a rare quality!

XL Pools renovated our pool that was constructed in 1976, and it now looks superb. Everything was faultless. The work was done on time, on budget and with no aggravation. Just had my new pool installed by XL pools and the team were fantastic. From Jack & Maddison in the sales department, to Marc and the construction team everyone kept to their promises and installed my new pool swiftly and smoothly. I opted for the Aqua Technics Royale model, something that was very new to me but thanks to the advice from the whole team I absolutely love it. Can’t wait for years and years of use.
