We had an excellent experience with XL Pools from start to finish. Jack guided us through the process, helped us explore our options, and even arranged a visit to a previous install. He also handled access negotiations with a neighbouring landowner, which made things so much easier. Marc then took over the technical side and was brilliant throughout. Despite very wet conditions in January, the team pushed on and kept everything on schedule. The workmanship was of a very high standard, and the team were a pleasure to have on site.
