Our client’s needs were to create a beautiful modern swimming pool installation that could be used throughout the year, come rain or shine. The client was over the moon with the finished result, providing them with the Aquatechnics Aspen 10.4m X 3.6m pool in Twilight finish.

Also, to make the pool usable all year round, we contracted Summit Leisure to bespoke and manufacture one of their fantastic telescopic enclosures. Paired with a Zodiac PX50 MD12 Air source heat pump, this is truly a luxury the family can enjoy year-round.

The property demanded a couple of tricky installation challenges which we overcame without issue:

Firstly, the property is located near the coast and therefore has a very high water table. We installed an advanced hydrostatic valve to even out any pressure as well as an advanced groundwater well including a sump pump to remove the groundwater.

Secondly, there was no access to bring the pool into the rear of the property. This was resolved simply by use of a crane to lift the pool shell from its transport over the house and into the back garden. A very impressive site to see!

Despite these challenges, the installation went off without a hitch, and the results speak for themselves.
