This project represents the pinnacle of luxury and technical precision — a 10m x 5m indoor tiled concrete pool, complemented by a bespoke 24-jet spa and integrated steam room. Building on our strong relationship with the client, established through a previous project for their business partner, we understood their high expectations and attention to detail. Our goal was to create an indoor leisure space that delivered on design, comfort, and engineering excellence.

The pool was constructed in reinforced concrete, providing the strength and longevity demanded by an indoor installation. To maintain an ideal environment year-round, we installed a Heatstar air handling system, ensuring perfect humidity control and energy efficiency. The solar slatted cover further enhances thermal performance while maintaining the clean, elegant aesthetic of the space.

The bespoke spa, designed and built entirely to the client’s specification, features 24 precision jets delivering both relaxation and hydrotherapy benefits. The steam room, seamlessly integrated into the pool hall, completes a unified leisure suite — providing a luxurious, health-focused retreat all within one beautifully cohesive environment.

While this project presented no major obstacles, it required close coordination with multiple third-party contractors throughout construction. Working alongside other specialists demanded clear communication, flexibility, and expert project management to ensure the build progressed smoothly without disruption to the client.

The completed project is a light-filled pool hall of exceptional quality, where every element — from the gentle waterline reflections to the precision detailing of the finishes — exudes craftsmanship and calm. The integration of pool, spa, and steam room creates a seamless leisure experience that blends elegance with technical mastery.
