As a family we decided to ‘take the plunge’ and get a pool. After contacting several companies we quickly decided on XL pools. We were immediately impressed with their professional and friendly approach and it was clear from the onset that as family business they really cared about their clients. Maddison in particular was an absolute godsend. I needed hand holding in the beginning. Deciding on the style, size and colour choice seemed overwhelming at first, but her guidance, patience and clear knowledge of the products helped us massively. The whole process from start to finish was a very smooth process. In fact it was more stressful getting new carpets than installing a pool. The whole team from the groundsmen to the lovely ladies in the office were polite, and super friendly. We chose the Caesar model and we are thrilled with it. I can honestly say that it’s the best money we have spent and have no regrets. Their aftercare advice is very helpful and we have a lovely man that comes weekly to do a clean so I can just sit back and relax.

My husband and I were interested in a Aqua Technics pool and loved the look of the Valentina model. From the first point of contact we found XL Pools personable and professional. They created easy navigation for us throughout the whole process which in turn lead to exceptional customer experience. The workforce was hard working,knowledgeable and friendly and cleaned up at the end of each day . The quality of our pool exceeded our expectations and they did an excellent job catering to our vision. The Valentina model is a top product and XL Pools gave us excellent advice on how to maintain and look after our pool . Our pool now creates memories with family and friends which to us is priceless! Highly recommend.

Wow! We found XL Pools to be really helpful and polite right from the beginning of our enquiry. Throughout the construction of our pool, we felt reassured, and they exceeded all of our expectations. Excellent service from start to finish. they took care of everything including planning making it very easy. took the 3 weeks they said it would, and all ran very smoothly. builders were considerate, minimising disruption to the lawn etc. and knew what they were doing. Great handover. cant recommend them enough!!
